Previously located on the western edge of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, a gentrifying area, A Finkl & Sons demolition project was completed in 2015.

The project includes the structural demolition of ten full buildings, as well as asbestos and universal waste removal.

Formerly known as Chicago Paperboard, this project was located at 949 N. Elston Ave. in Chicago.

The project comprised demolition of over nineteen buildings, on-site crushing and concrete removal, UST removal, universal waste removal as well as asbestos removal.
